Eleanor Appleyard, M A

Eleanor's award winning sculptures, monotypes, and mixed media art have been exhibited in national and international juried shows, galleries and private collections in New England, Laguna, Ca, the Southwest, the US Senate, and Ireland. She has consistently received "Outstanding Works Awards" and "Best of Show" Awards in varied categories since 1994.  While studying Ceramics at the School of Museum Fine Arts, Eleanor was awarded the SMFA Traveling Ceramics Grant which allowed her to study Native American hand-building techniques with Santa Clara, and Taos, NM Pueblo potters. Eleanor won Best of Show in Contemportary Art for her monotype/mixed media art 'Wonder' at the 2010 Falmouth Art Guild juried show.

Marian Shields Colman

Marian Colman has been an artist and art educator for more than 30 years. She has an MAE and has taught K-12 Visual Arts in Colorado and Masachussetts. Most recently she retired as an instructor in the Art Education Department at the University of Minnesota Duluth where she taught watercolor and mentored pre-service art education students. She has studied with Cheng Khee Chee, John Salminen, Dale Latinen, Andy Evansen and Tom Hoffman. She is a member of the Cape Cod Waterworks Fine Art, the Falmouth Art Center, and a juried member of the Cape Cod Art Association.  The light and atmosphere of the coastal landscape serve as a source of constant inspiration for Marian in her plein air and studio work. 

Mary Jane Conary

Mary Jane is an award winning  artist with studios on Cape Cod and in Naples, Florida. She participates in the following top rated art festivals in the nation: the Naples National show, the Naples New Years Festival, and the Naples Downtown art show. Her works have been exhibited at the Von liebig art center, the Cahoon Museum of American Art, Highfield Hall, the Falmouth Art Center, and the Cultural Center of Cape Cod.  She has been represented by galleries on Cape Cod, Lexington, Ky and Newport, RI. Mary Jane's works are collected by well known art patrons from across the country including Mr. and Mrs. Richard E. Marriott.  She is also   private art instructor to Nancy Peery Marriott. Whether painting beloved Cape Cod land or seascapes or the vibrant street and beach scenes of Naples, Mary Jane captures special moments in time.

Betsy Payne Cook

Betsy Payne Cook paints exclusively with pastels, and is honored to be a juried associate artist member of the Pastel Society of America and to have achieved signature membership status of the Pastel Painters Society of Cape Cod. Betsy is acknowledged as a juried Master Artist at the Cape Cod Art Association.  Her pastel paintings have been exhibited in many competitive local and national juried exhibitions having won numerous awards including Best of Show for the Pastel Painters Society of Cape Cod in 2013.  Betsy records her thoughts and experiences as an artist in her newsletter and blog "Painting In and Out". She teaches pastel workshops and classes, and is on the faculty of the "Mastering Your Mark" Conference. She is represented by Gallery Artrio in Hyannis.

Fred Luconi

Fred Luconi is an award winning artist who paints landscapes, still life, and genre scenes in oil. With family roots in Tuscany, Dr. Luconi spends a portion of every year painting in Italy where the rich visual images recharge his creative spirit. The rest of the year, he is inspired to paint by the beauty of Cape Cod and Naples, Fl.  His variety of subject matter reflects his view that painting is a life long learning process offering many ways to express what he sees and feels each day.

Bill Noble

Bill Noble was chosen to serve as Artist in Residence at Le Grande Vigne, Dinan, France in 2016. He is a Juried and Exhibiting member of Oil Painters of America, the Cape Cod Art Association, and is a Life Member and Teacher at the Falmouth Artists Guild. He has won numerous awards and honors for his paintings. Bill has had seven one man shows including one in Europe and has two paintings in the permanent collection of Musee Yvonne Jean-Haffen in Dinan, France and a painting in the permanent collection of Cape Cod Five Bank. He has exhibited his work in many prestigious venues including The Cahoon Museum of American Art, Highfield Hall, Attleboro Art Museum, Cape Cod Cultural Center and the Cape Cod Art Center and Falmouth Art Center. In 2016, he was invited to exhibit at the Spring Bull Gallery,Newport RI and a Salon Show at the DeBlois Gallery in Middletown, RI. His work has been published in Cape Cod Life Magazine, the Enterprise Newspaper, The Sun Chronicle, Peninsula Council Reporter, and Cape Cod Magazine. Critics have described his work as clean, crisp and refreshing.

Rebecca O'Donnell

For over ten years, Rebecca owned her own art gallery,  the O'Donnell Art Gallery located on Cape Cod. An accomplished oil painter, Rebecca studies regularly at the New York Art League. Rebecca's paintings are collected widely with her commission works particularly in demand.  She is a member of the Cape Cod Art Association and Falmouth Art Guild.

Mike Petrizzo

Mike Petrizzo has been a fine art photographer and digital artist for almost 30 years. His works hang in homes and offices from coast to coast, in Europe and in New Zealand. He has placed in several international competitions against thousands of other artists. His work can be found in galleries on CapeCod, Martha's Vineyard and in Connecticut and Scottsdale, AZ. Michael is adept at the marriage of traditional photography and digital techniques using the lastest technology to create beautiful works of art. Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard are his favorite places to shoot, and the numerous vistas, sunsets, landscape, boats and lighthouses offer endless opportunities to capture images of the home he loves so much.

Candice Ronesi

Candice's paintings are inspired by the wonderful clarity of light and depth of shadows on Cape Cod. In her paintings she hopes to create something in which others might find a joyful connection to Cape Cod. Candice is a juried Artist Member of the Cape Cod Art Center and has won numerous awards in their shows includinng two People's Choice Awards. Her work is currently exhibited in galleries and shows throughout Cape Cod and in private collections in Europe, Asia, New Zealand and throughout the United States. She enjoys membership in several professional organizations, including the Provincetown Art Association, Chatham Creative arts Center, Falmouth Art Center, Yarmouth Art  Guild and Sandwich Arts Alliance. Candice has been a Cape resident since 2001. Originally from upstate New York, life before Cape Cod included degrees in psychology and public administration and a career as an administrator for a public pension fund.

Susan J. Sigel

"Cape Cod is a unique and magical place with inspirational settings. Pastel is a perfect medium for me to express my appreciation and love for the beautiful surroundings I live in". Susan's pastel paintings have been chosen by the Pastel Painters Society of Cape Cod to be in their juried shows for 2008 through 2014.  Susan is a Masters Artist member of the Cape Cod Art Association, and was honored to receive an Honorable Mention at their national juried show in 2009, First Place in pastel at their All Cape Cod Show in summer 2012, 2014 and Best Landscape in the All Cape Cod Show in 2013. She won First Place in the Falmouth Art Guild Summer show in 2012 and 2013. She was juried into the Conneecticut Renaissance in Pastel 2013. Her painting 'Strawberries' was accepted into the International Association of Pastel Societies Web show in 2013. She has studied pastel painting with renowned pastel artists Doug Dawson,Rosalie Nadeau, and Terry Ludwig. She is a member of the Pastel Painters Society of Cape Cod, and the Falmouth Art Guild.

Arlene C. Weibel

A New England native, Arlene has studied at the N.H. Institute of Art, studied under Andrew Kushmin (past president of the New England Watercolor Society) and attended many workshops given by such nationally renown artists as Jim Kosvanec, Carlton Plummer, Tom Lynch and George Shedd. She is a juried member of the Cape Cod Art Association, Falmouth Art Center, and the Yarmouth Art Guild. Her works can be seen in Gallery 529 in Westford, MA, Palette Fine Arts Gallery in Sandwich, and Paint Box Gallery in Yormouth. She has participated in numerous juried art shows and has had several solo art shows. She has taught watercolor and acrylics in Venice, Fl and on Cape Cod. Arlene's paintings express the charm and beauty she sees in New England.

Linda S. Young

Linda, originally from Brookline, MA, now lives in Cape Cod and South Carolina. Her ability to capture the nuance of a scene has helped her win many awards for her vibrant pastel and oil paintings including two Best in Shows. As an active member of the artistic community, Linda believes in helping others attain their artistic goals.  To this end, she is an Artist Mentor through the School to Careers Partnership Art Internship program.  Her works were featured in the recently published  book, 'Best Southern Painters'. Linda is a member of 21 in Truro and a Signature Member of the Pastel Painters Society of Cape Cod.
